SKU:YU76419Q
$5,750.00
The APEX XQ LRF thermal imaging sight is designed for the use on hunting rifles both at night and in the daylight. It is also able to be used in inclement weather conditions (fog, smog, rain) and to see through obstacles hindering detection of targets (branches, tall grass, thick bushes etc.).

Unlike image intensifier tube based night vision devices, this scope do not require an external source of light and are not affected by bright light exposure.

APEX XQ LRF models are equipped with a built in laser rangefinder which allows distance measurement up to 1000 metres.

These scopes have a wide range of applications including hunting, observation & terrain orientation, search & rescue operations and more.

FEATURES

Integrated Laser Rangefinder
Precision shooting begins with knowing the distance to your target. The Apex LRF features an integrated laser rangefinder capable of capturing and displaying target distances accurately, within ±1 m, up to 1000 m.

Selectable Reticles
The reticle is electronically displayed on the screen and is permanently located in the plane of target image. The Apex internal memory contains 10 reticles of various shapes and applications. The color of the reticle can be switched from black to white.

Zeroing Parameters
The software allows the user to save 3 points of impact for 3 various distances (types of weapon or cartridges), and each option allows the use of a dedicated reticle.

Picture In Picture
Picture in Picture (PiP) improves accuracy by providing a magnified image of the reticle area at the top of the display. With only 1/10 of the display area reserved for PiP, the field of view remains virtually unobstructed for simultaneous PiP and FOV viewing.

Zeroing With Freeze
The “one shot zeroing” function that is standard on all Pulsar models is further complemented by an even more convenient zeroing function - “Freeze”. After making a zeroing shot, the user can save a frame of a target in the memory of the riflescope and align reticle with point of impact looking at this frame, without the necessity of keeping full immobility of a weapon.

Display Off Mode
During short periods of inactivity, for better concealment, the "Display Off" function powers down the display without interrupting other operating functions. Using "Display Off" means a much faster restart time when you need it most.

Waterproof
IPX7 waterproof rated protection ensures the Apex performs perfectly in wet weather, even during intense rain, snowfall and submersion in 3 ft. of water for up to 30 min. (IEC 60529).

Eyesafe Eye Relief
The Apex thermal sight features a generous 67 mm eye relief; one of the best in its class. The greater the eye relief, the less traumatic is the use of the scope, especially on hunting weapons with considerable recoil.

Calibration
The Apex has three calibration modes: silent manual mode (“M”), automatic (“A”) and semiautomatic (“H”). The “A” mode provides calibration without user participation; process initiation (actuation of the shutter) takes place automatically. In the “H” mode, the user can decide if calibration is required based on the image quality. Manual calibration (“M”) is carried out by pressing the button when the lens cap is closed. The “M” mode is recommended for hunting, due to its silent operation.

Operating Modes
The Apex offers 3 operating modes, each designed to deliver the best possible image in specific viewing conditions: “Rocks” (enhanced contrast), “Forest” (low contrast) and “Identification” (improved rendering of hot objects’ details).

Wide Range Of Operating Temperatures
Apex thermal imaging scopes are able to be used in low temperatures (-25°C) thanks to the frost resistant AMOLED display employed in the unit.

External Power Supply
Operation time can be significantly increased with the help of external power supplies (e.g., Pulsar EPS3/EPS5). When used in frosty weather, the power supply can be stored under the clothes.

Wireless Remote Control
The wireless remote control allows the user to fulfil basic operations without resorting to standard controls.

Rifle Mount
The mounting holes in the base of the riflescope enable the mount to be installed in one of multiple positions. This choice (depending on the rifle type, anthropometric data of a shooter, etc.) helps the user to ensure the most suitable position.

Video Out
The Apex thermal sights are equipped with a video out jack, enabling real time video recording with the use of external recording equipment.
